1 Tax payments made with your credit card will be subject to a service fee imposed by Official Payments Corporation. The service fee will vary depending on the amount of taxes paid with the card. All payments are processed promptly. The convenience fee will appear on your monthly statement as a separate line item from your tax payment amount. The IRS does not receive any part of this fee. This program is a service of Official Payments Corporation under agreement with the IRS.

2 Your account must have a rewards program and be open and not in default in order to receive rewards, points, miles, or rebates at the time the rewards, points, miles or rebates are to be posted. The rewards will be reflected on your monthly statement approximately 6 - 8 weeks from the end of the month in which the transaction posts to your statement. Refer to the Credit Card Rewards Rules and Regulations for details.
